If you have decided that the Traber Center is the place to hold your retreat, your next step is to start the registration process. It begins with a phone call to our main office. This call will ensure that you will know if the date that you are planning to hold your retreat is available. If your target date is not available, we will work with you to find a date that is.

Print the application form below, fill it out completely and mail it in with the deposit The deposit confirms your reservation. Rates may change without notice.

By reserving the Traber Center you are confirming you are in agreement with the purpose of the Traber Center and in agreement with the principles and practices of the doctrinal position of BCM International. You and your group will maintain order and respect for our facilities and adhere to all regulations.

There is a $150.00 registration fee that is due along with the registration form to reserve the date. This is a non-refundable deposit and is separate from the cost of your stay. There is a 25 person minimum for weekend retreats. Please contact us if you think your numbers will be less. Meal service is mandatory. We do not allow guests to bring their own meals unless there is a medical necessity. Please be respectful of this and let us know if there is a person in your party with food allergies or limitations. We will accommodate them the best that we can but it may be beneficial for them to bring their own meals.
We must know your final count, meal times, meal numbers, arrival/departure time and how many rooms you will need no later than the Monday morning before your arrival.
