Registration

If you have decided that the Traber Center is the place to hold your retreat, your next step is to start the registration process. It begins with a phone call to our main office. This call will ensure that you will know if the date that you are planning to hold your retreat is available. If your target date is not available, we will work with you to find a date that is.

Print the application form below, fill it out completely and mail it in with the deposit The deposit confirms your reservation. Rates may change without notice.

By reserving the Traber Center you are confirming you are in agreement with the purpose of the Traber Center and in agreement with the principles and practices of the doctrinal position of BCM International. You and your group will maintain order and respect for our facilities and adhere to all regulations.

Groups must be fully insured in order to use our facility.

Weekend groups should number at least 25.

Administration reserves the right to terminate agreement for any reason.

Cancellations, other than an act of God, will forfeit deposit, plus the cost of the weekend.

Please send application and deposit..  Checks should be made payable to "Traber Center".
