Policy
  • Groups will be charged the registration number given 1 week in advance.
  • Medical concerns, allergies, special needs and dietary constraints must be handled by the group leader in advance.
  • Discuss the specifics of your program with the administrator.
  • Plan room layouts, housing, menu concerns, etc. with administrator.
  • The deposit (non-refundable) must accompany the completed registration form to hold your use.
  • Pets are not permitted at the Traber Center.
  • All persons using the Traber Center will be charged for meal service.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Additional housing may be arranged through the registrar at Camp Sankanac.
Cancellation Policy (Since 2009)
Any cancellation is a huge loss to the ministry at Traber. Whether the cancellation is last minute or even a few months in advance, it is a great financial detriment to Traber Center. Although you loose your deposit upon canceling, the $150.00 does not come close to covering our loss for the weekend. Because of this and a rising number of cancellations, we have developed a concrete cancellation policy. Please read the terms below.

When we receive the $150.00 deposit, your reservation is set in stone and we are expecting your group and planning for your arrival. All cancellations after the deposit is received will result in a loss of the deposit, you will not be guaranteed the roll-over date for the following year and you will be charged a non-negotiable $2,500.00 fee. It is highly unlikely that we will be able to book another group with such a late notice. This fee will cover only a portion of the loss that Traber Center will undergo because of the cancellation.
